I'm state senator Jabari Brisport. We are joined by our ranker, state senator Rob Rolison, as well as committee members, state Senators Bill Weber and state Senator Roxanne Persaud. Thank you all for being here today. We have an eighth bill agenda. Our first is S-three 938.
