[Robert Jackson (Chair)]: Good afternoon everyone. This is the standing committee on civil service and pension and today is Tuesday, May 2025. And this is the ninth and last committee meeting for the twenty five legislative session. And present, we have Senator Weik, who is the ranking member of the committee and myself, Robert Jackson, our chair of the committee. Other members have sent in their approval notice others are absent and not here. But we need a minimum of how many do
[Anton (Committee Director)]: we have? We have six here either present or via voting sheets.
[Robert Jackson (Chair)]: We have six members present or who have sent in their voting sheets, and as a result of that, we have a quorum. Only two individuals that are here at the moment are ranking Senator Weik and myself as the chair. So let's move forward on the bills. We have quite a number of bills. So the first bill is bill number S1232 by Senator May. The committee director will read the title.
