I wanna thank members for accommodating the schedule change, part of just a pattern of dealing with budget negotiations and other work going on, so thank you all. We're supposed to meet at 11:30, we're meeting at 09:30, so thank you. We're joined by our rankers, Senator Steck, Senator Bino, Senator May, Senator Tavanaugh and Senator Kanzaneri Fitzpatrick. Welcome everybody, thank you so much and big thanks to all of the staff who really do the work to get us in this position.
